Inishturk Island is promoting itself as an ideal location for walking and it might spur some of you on to organise a trip there for the club next year. The island has a lovely restaurant in the Community Club, which is open daily and offers a group discount on lunches. Ferry from Roonagh Pier. Go to http://www.inishturkisland.com/ for details. The Donegal Adventure Centre in Bundoran is another option in the northwest and can offer self-catering accommodation for up to 60 people.
